In a race in which he has made his own for a very long time, the ScotiaBank Toronto Waterfront Marathon, the incredible Ed Whitlock ran a 3:56 marathon besting the world record by 3o minutes.
He ran the race in a 30 year old singlet and a 15 year old pair of Brooks shoes!
