Congratulations to the 200 runners from around the globe who have reserved a spot on the starting line for what is becoming one of the premier ultras of the Northeast. With over 4 months until race day, the 2017 Anchor Down Ultra is now at capacity. We’re proud that this little state is putting up such a strong representation in the in the endurance world.
To the rest of the running community in and around Rhode Island, there’s still a way to get involved. Introducing “Success at Anchor Down Ultra: Exploring the Art of Endurance”, a one-day forum with successful ultra-runners and other like-minded runners. This event is right here in Warren, RI and Bristol, RI on May 20th, 2017. Details can be found here. This is open to the public, and is an amazing opportunity to learn from some of the most talented ultra-runners around, right here in Rhode Island.
