The Endurance Project is a coaching service that offers a variety of training, programming and consulting for all levels of endurance athletes. We coach beginners looking for their first 5k, marathoners looking their that Boston Qualifier, 100 mile trail runners, Spartan/Tough Mudder obstacle course races and everything in between. While we offer online coaching across the globe, we also have recently started a weekly meetup group in Rhode Island, while also have an Endurance Project satellite group that trains down in Va. Beach, with the intent to continue expanding and growing to new locations in areas across the country.

My background is a Physical Therapist, Endurance Coach, certified bike fitter, mother of two beautiful children, and multiple time Ironman Finisher. Being an Endurance Coach and a Physical Therapist allows me to satisfy my passion of helping others and racing. The two schools blend well by helping me know when you are at your limits, and help me train you to take care of your body. Only when the body is healthy and properly trained can you achieve your goals.
