My background is a Physical Therapist, Endurance Coach, certified bike fitter, mother of two beautiful children, and multiple time Ironman Finisher. Being an Endurance Coach and a Physical Therapist allows me to satisfy my passion of helping others and racing. The two schools blend well by helping me know when you are at your limits, and help me train you to take care of your body. Only when the body is healthy and properly trained can you achieve your goals.

We can provide the following for runners and triathletes:

One on one coaching
Monthly coaching plans with Bi-weekly updates
Raceday Planning
On-site raceday support (including helping with your transition area)
Group Training Plans
Custom Race Training Plan (Example: Custom 16 week 70.3 Plan)
Coaching calls
Nutrition Plan
and more.

Your coach should LISTEN. Our business is about you. We hear what our clients say and try to do what is best for you while working to meet your goals.

Are you having fun? Besides making sure you are moving forward in your training, just as importantly, or maybe more importantly, we want to make sure all the athletes we coach are enjoying their time training.
